3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete information required for service execution. Failure to do so may result in delays or inability to deliver services as agreed.

4. Payment Terms

a. All invoices must be paid in full within the agreed timeframe.

b. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

c. Refunds are issued only at the discretion of Local Stars Media.

5. Confidentiality

Local Stars Media agrees to keep client information confidential. Likewise, clients must not disclose business strategies, pricing, or proprietary techniques used in service execution.

6. Intellectual Property

Any digital assets, campaigns, or materials developed by Local Stars Media remain the property of the company until full payment has been received. Upon payment, ownership is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Liability Limitations

a. Local Stars Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

b. We do not guarantee specific results, as digital marketing outcomes can be influenced by external factors beyond our control.

8. Termination of Services

a. Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice of 30 days.

b. Any outstanding dues must be cleared before service termination.

9. Amendments

Local Stars Media reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
